Hi All

You may or may not know,  that I am running the Nottingham Marathon on Sunday 14^th  September  in aid of my sister and brother in-law’s 3 Little Miracle Charity. The training for this 26.2 mile slog is in progress and certainly not easy…words of my physiotherapist “you’re really Not designed for running!”  But all that I need to remember to keep me going is what Anna and Andy had to endure with my nieces and nephew being born at 29 weeks and only just over 2 lb's each. With continuous life threatening situations arising almost on a daily basis, this endurance battle lasted for over 100 days. Without the equipment, staffing and training at the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital none of the triplets would have survived. My endurance race in comparison is like a "walk in the park", to see first hand premature babies fighting for survival and the possibility of this happening to any one of us. I hope that my efforts will help to raise money to give future premature babies a fighting chance.

I know you all constantly get asked to give money to charity and to sponsor challenges ,  but I hope you can dig deep and make the task worthwhile for me.
